The integration of all business infrastructure platforms can extend the advantages of web and software developments beyond the traditional Information Technology boundaries. At Impresoft we have a particular specialism in telephony integration and for this we have coined the term eTelecoms.
Our Call Switch platform allows for the deployment of complex call routing plans and because the platform is modular and operates at the network level this can be done for a fraction of the cost of traditional hardware based solutions.
Additionally, the Call Switch platform can communicate call information with external applications developed by Impresoft in real time, facilitating telephone based interaction with web applications.
